最近在 Costco又上新啦 Costco 入了这款Thai Style Coconut Shrimp Soup 一开始真的有点小失望…💔 👉🏻直接加热喝，个人觉得偏咸一点，味道也有点单薄 但是！！我改了一下配方，真的很不错⬇️ 🥥 推荐吃法： 一罐汤➕半罐椰子奶油➕两勺白糖 两罐汤刚好用完一罐椰子奶油🧈不浪费一点❗️ （真的建议按这个比例来，刚刚好） 根据自己喜好可以加入肉🥩海鲜🦞等等 ✨ 改完之后的味道： 💡椰香变得超级浓郁，整碗很顺滑 💡咸味被中和，甜甜的口感更柔和细腻 💡带一点点微甜，很像外面泰餐店的那种椰奶汤/咖喱风味 🍚 配米饭真的绝！！直接可以当一道主菜吃，完全不像速食 个人吃完的感受是： 👉🏻从“还行”直接升级到“会回购” 👉🏻 很有泰式餐厅的感觉（但更省钱更方便） 👉🏻懒人友好，10分钟搞定一顿热乎的，可以自己加料 ♥️原版一般，爆改一下，真的好吃太多了！♥️

理性测评｜Caudalie控油净痘小绿套到底值不值得入❓（动图来袭➕密集恐惧慎入）
好久不见的测评来啦！谢谢君君和 Caudalie 欧缇丽 ⚠️前情提要： 最近压力大➕水土不服居然爆发性的爆痘整个大烂脸的状态真的是史无前例！刚好中了Caudalie家的 Vinopure Acne-Prone Skin Essentials主打油痘肌护理真的雪中送炭，这一套是Sephora Sephora 丝芙兰 的Clean认证系列，成分党表示比较安心去尝试一下！ 🧴试用感受： 因为最近脸的状态都很差所以一开始怕刺激也没有多用，但用了几次下来发现挺清爽的，整套走的是温和净化路线，洗面啫喱泡沫细腻🫧；爽肤水主打收敛毛孔、平衡油脂，属于那种慢慢变稳定的感觉，不是猛药型；祛痘精华薄涂痘痘能去肿；乳液质地偏轻薄，上脸吸收快，但痘痘爆发期不建议用，后面稳定一点可以用，不会闷痘 📝护理逻辑（标准的油痘肌流程） STEP1️⃣ Purifying Gel Cleanser（洁面） 啫喱质地，起泡细腻，清洁力属于中等，通过深层清洁毛孔来净化皮肤，可以带走油脂但不会发涩，更偏日常维稳型，而不是强力清洁型，需要配合套装使用，单用也绷脸！ STEP2️⃣Purifying Toner（净化爽肤水） 吸收油脂，通过去除表面杂质来净化皮肤 涂抹或者轻拍在清洁的皮肤上主打温和去角质与二次清洁 肤感清爽，轻微收敛感，适合油皮混油皮，但干皮可能会觉得偏干，整套最喜欢就是爽肤水，气味有一点点像我喜欢 Burberry 巴宝莉 的青提香水⬇️ 年度香水｜BURBERRY“花与她”的爆汁香水🌸爱称“青提软糖”🍇 STEP3️⃣ Acne Serum（祛痘精华） 主打水杨酸，每天在清洁的皮肤上涂抹一层薄薄的1到3次，有效治疗去红肿并帮助预防痘痘 STEP4️⃣Moisturizing Mattifying Fluid（控油乳液） 质地轻薄，吸收快，不闷，补水力度中等，更适合油皮，这个个人觉得油痘阶段最厉害的爆发期还是少用，后面稳定期还可以多用试一下 总结， 整体的肤感清清爽爽、和他们家最出名的大葡萄🍇喷雾一样带一点葡萄清香，用起来很治愈，连续用一段时间，出油确实没那么夸张，闭口也有慢慢变平滑的趋势，皮肤状态更稳定了这套装价格也友好，很适合想试试整套控油护理的人入手，学生党或想换季维稳的油皮姐妹可以试一下！ 但，这套不是急救型祛痘产品，而是“长期管理型”油痘肌护理体系，如果你现在皮肤在爆痘但又偏敏感，不敢用高浓度酸类，它是一个相对安全的过渡选择，作为入门或体验套装值得一试，真正想改善油痘肌但真的需要坚持使用，个人是否回购取决于长期稳定效果看看这一套完全用完的效果如何再决定！到时候评论区和大家继续分享😘 ❗️❗️❗️❗️❗️ 个人痘痘爆发期的小建议 ⚠️少吃甜食，奶类的食物 ⚠️不要用力按痘痘，清洁脸部不要用力要轻轻的 ⚠️晚上清洁护肤后可以用面膜纸泡生理盐水敷一下脸 ⚠️暂时停止用油类的护肤品，精简护肤，卸妆油或者精油等 年度精华｜Charins双萃精华！“双管齐下”水油平衡王者👑 年度卸妆｜空瓶三瓶才敢说：TATCHA 山茶花卸妆油真的不挑肤质！不踩雷✨
